| What is Title XX ? | |||||
Crossroads Youth and Family Services offers full day services through our Extended Learning Program to working parents and parents attending school. Once a family qualifies for child care subsidy, OKDHS will pay part or all of their child's extended day payments. |
|||||
| What are the Requirements ? | |||||
| Applicants interested in child care assistance must apply at their local DHS office. You will need the Crossroads HS / EHS Contract Number in order to ensure that you get approved for our site. Crossroads' HS / EHS contract number is available through your local Head Start / Early Head Start Center. You can also refer to the OKDHS web page for information on the application process. |
Once approved for Child Care
subsidy, you will be responsible for swiping your child in and out of
their center daily. If you are assigned a family share co-payment, you
will need to pay that by the 15th of each month at your youngest child's
center.
